SnapAddon: MESSERSCHMITT Me 262A-2a Sturmvogel (circa July 1944)

The standard fighter bomber version of the Me 262A-1a but with two
Schloss 503A-1 bomb racks which typically carried a pair of 250-kg
(551-lb) bombs and retaining the normal fighter gun confiquration.

Changes include Paula Morais' original 3dz modification for those 2
additional pylons that have now been fixed for proper offset when
releasing undercarriage ordnances. The number of loadout positions
have been expanded to five options for various stores ranging from
bombs, rockets and fragmentation. Also as a result of its dual role
the flight model of this particular variant was reduced in order to
resemble its more varied example as a Jagdbomber. Plus an additional
fuel tank was internally included to help represent the extra fuel
cell that was adapted in the aft section and now subject to lumbering
takeoffs. But will now add to the bombers new radius of 1200-km as a
trade off for that lost speed or suggesting little less than a 400
mile range with proper fuel management.

Be forewarned to not drop your tanks during any long range bombing
missions or your squadron may not return home safely....Have fun!
